The Adidas Supernova Rise 3 is a top-to-bottom reimagining of what a daily trainer should feel like. At its core is an upgraded Dreamstrike+ midsole foam that is 20% softer and 20% more responsive than its predecessor — delivering a noticeably plusher, more energetic ride without adding weight. The slightly taller stack height means more foam between your joints and the road, making it an ideal companion for high mileage weeks.
The upper is built around a soft Primeweave construction that wraps your foot in breathable, lightweight comfort. The thinned-out tongue keeps things streamlined while the plush heel collar adds just the right amount of cushioning at the back — supportive without being bulky.
Underfoot, the Lighttraxion outsole delivers reliable grip across a variety of surfaces while staying lighter than traditional rubber. A grooved flex pattern follows the natural movement of your foot, and a newly sculpted heel bevel smooths out your landings for a more comfortable heel strike. The subtle Support Rod adds neutral stability without making the shoe feel stiff or corrective.
