The Saucony Endorphin Elite 3 is the most refined version of Saucony's flagship racing shoe, combining the outrageously soft and bouncy IncrediRUN superfoam of its predecessor with significant stability improvements that make it faster, more planted, and more competitive over the full 26.2. Version 3 addresses the Elite 2's main critique head-on — dual layers of IncrediRUN foam are now arranged around wider net bases, filling in the medial cutout and extending foam coverage around the heel to create a more stable platform without taming the ride's signature liveliness.

At the heart of the shoe is the all-new slotted, fluted carbon fiber plate — a meaningful departure from a traditional flat plate. The slotted design creates independent levers that adapt to each runner's unique foot strike, while fluting adds stiffness and snap to the toe-off. The result is a plate that feels more dynamic and responsive than previous versions, working in harmony with the IncrediRUN foam rather than fighting it. Dual stacked layers of the supercritical TPEE foam fill the 39.5mm heel stack — one of the tallest and softest race-legal midsoles available — delivering a ride that compresses deep underfoot at easy pace and firms up into an explosive, propulsive spring when you lock into race tempo.

A single-layer engineered mesh upper keeps the weight at 7.2 oz while delivering a close, sock-like fit with just enough stretch for comfort over long distances. A padded heel collar provides security and comfort without the rigidity of a traditional heel counter. MIDSOLE

• IncrediRUN superfoam is provided in double layers, engineered for maximum efficiency and explosive energy return in a soft and featherweight formulation. It's a supercritical copolymer in the TPEE family.
• Full-length carbon fiber plate adds rigidity and propulsion, while its slotted design in the forefoot enables greater adaptability. Additionally, the new fluted ridges enhance the plate's stiffness and propulsion.
• SPEEDROLL technology combines with wide net bases to create confident, smooth-rolling foot strikes and inherent stability.
