A single, uninterrupted slab of 100% PEBA NITROFOAM fills the midsole from heel to toe, delivering a smooth, flexible, and naturally energetic ride that doesn't need a plate to feel fast. At just 7.5 oz, it's 30 grams lighter than its plated sibling and sits comfortably among the lightest non-plated speed trainers on the market.

The PEBA-based NITROFOAM midsole is an evolution of PUMA's nitrogen-infused foam technology — lighter, more cushioned, and more responsive than previous formulations. At 38mm in the heel and 30mm in the forefoot with an 8mm drop, it delivers enough stack for genuine long-run comfort while maintaining the kind of snappy, road-connected feel you want on tempo days and interval workouts.
