The midsole features a top layer of Helion HF superfoam, the same propulsive compound used in On’s race models, delivering energized rebound and a more responsive toe-off. Underneath, classic Helion™ cushioning with CloudTec® shaping provides balance, durability, and controlled softness, while a nylon–glass fiber Speedboard® bridges both foams to create smooth, efficient forward motion. With its subtly rockered profile, the Cloudflow 5 transitions quickly and naturally, making tempo days and progression runs feel lighter and sharper.

The ultralight woven mesh upper enhances airflow and secure midfoot hold, now with improved forefoot volume for comfort at faster strides. A grippy, road-ready outsole and wraparound toe bumper traction elements improve control over surges, cornering, and wet conditions—paired with bold graphic detailing that mirrors On’s top-tier race-day aesthetics. MIDSOLE
